In addition David’s Lending provides you exclusive access to the teams David uses to reach his own success. That means, you’ll receive access to David’s network of contractors (St. Louis area only), material suppliers, and product sku numbers.

David helps you identify the critical path in the project and the contractors needed. He helps you sell your house by providing a Realtor who will take a $500-$1,000 ﬂat fee to list the house AND the exact marketing tools that allowed David to sell all his houses in 7 days or less at list price or higher, for 9 continuous years.
